特徵及用途:
隨著焊接之多樣化，在樹脂心焊錫絲之種類要求更迅速作業性的焊錫，傳統的樹脂心焊錫絲已不符使用於比較難焊接之材料上，因而本公司開發了不鏽鋼SUS 304，鍍鉻等材料上亦可焊接之高活性樹脂系樹脂心焊錫「好克-100」- 用途：一般焊錫絲不易焊接之不鏽鋼、鎳片、鍍鉻、五彩板等。

Characteristics and Application
Among the many types of solders, greater speed and efficiency is required in the field of rosin flux-core. The conventional Rosin flux-care can no longer suffice for more difficult to solder materials. Therefore, Solnet has developed a high-activity Sparkle solder known as HARX -100 for use on such materials as stainless steel SUS 304,chrome, nickel, zinc etc. Those are not easily soldered with conventional soldering flux.

■ 好克-100的特點：
⑴一般傳統的無法焊接之不鏽鋼SUS 304及鍍鉻鎳等材料，均能輕易完成焊接。 ⑵無可置疑銅及銅合金之焊接能更迅速並確實的完成。 (3)焊接時之氣味與松香之氣味，大致相同沒有刺激性。 (4)最適合自動點焊接裝備之焊接。

■ Special Features (1) Can. be used for the soldering of stainless steel SUS 304, nickel, chrome, etc. (2) Rapidly solders copper mid copper alloy. (3) Smell emitted during soldering process is somewhat like that of our rosin and is non-irritating. (4)Most appropriate fw use with automatic soldering devices.

■ 注意事項 HARX、AX-2系列採用作用比較強之助焊劑，因此導體間隙較窄的電子零件之焊接難免誘發絕緣阻抗之降低，敬請斟情使用。 ⑴避免用於助焊劑殘渣會致使導體間形成橋狀之零件。 (2)清洗時請用溶劑清洗，再用水洗，最後後再用酒精清洗。 ⑶鋁合金材料上之焊接敬請事先說明並惠予洽談是禱。

■ Precautions Since strong Flux has been used for Harx -100. special are should be taken when soldering close to electric parts to avoids shout-circuiting. 1.Harx-100 should not be used on narrow spaces where bridges may occurs. 2.Use a solvent to remove flux residue then clean joints with water and then again with alcohol. 3.For the soldering of alumium it is advisable to contact supplier for instructions. ■高溫焊錫：High Temperature Solder
◆ 用途： A. 焊接部份暴露於高溫之場所，如電視機、馬達等 。 B. 焊接後，需再經熱處理者。 C. 在同一部位，需焊接數種焊錫者。 Application A. The soldered area is exposed to high temperature environment, for instance TV, motor, etc. B. After soldering it requires fiirther heat treatment. C. Several solders are needed for the same area.

■ 低溫焊錫：Low Temperature Solder
◆ 用途： A. 對於溫度敏感物質之焊接。 B. 焊接部份有易分解之材質存在者- C. 同一物體需焊接數次，先焊部份恐因後焊部份之加熱 而熔解脫離者。 D. 保險功能，如火警警報器之使用- Application A. For the soldering of materials is sensitive to temperature. B. For the soldering area where easily decomposing material is present. C. The same area is to be soldered for several times. The first soldered portion may be melted if heat is applied for latter soldering. D. Fuse function, such as fire alarm.

■ 含銀焊錫：Silver Containing Solder 生產鍍銀器皿、銀電極、鍍銀零件、石英振盪器、 爲避免零件上銀成份擴散至熔融焊錫裡，而降低產品品質，使用含銀焊錫，可以增加對含銀材料之焊接性及光澤。

The production of Ag-electrode, Ag-plated parts, Quartz oscillations requires that the Ag component from diffusion into the melted solder and degrade the quality of product must be avoided. The application of silver- containing solder will increase the welding and shining property of the Ag-containing material.

◆ 含銀焊錫之特性
A. 一般焊錫加銀即為含銀焊錫，含銀量至某定量為止，可略降熔點，但含量超過時，熔點即急激上昇。
B. 以焊錫槽焊錫時，時間愈久，愈使被焊物之銀成份擴散，宜加注意。

◆ PROPERTY OF SILIVER CONTAINING SOLDER
A. The addition of silver into general solder called Ag-containing solder, when lhe silver content is at a certain limit, lhe melting point can be lowered, however, if the content exceeds, the melting point will be greatly increased.
B. For soldering with solder pot, the Ag content of the soldered material is diffused more if the soldering time is longer.
